| SAMUEL HARVEY PUCKETT Clinch Valley News - Tazewell Va - 1 Feb 1924 - Mr. Harvey Puckett departed this life Jan 12, 1924 at his duaghter, Mrs. Eva Hanels (Hunnell), at Raven, Va. He was an ernest and upright man. He belonged to the Methodist Church twenty-five years. He was 81 years old and leaves a wife and six children and two brothers J R and Charley Puckett. ================================== Contributors notes ------------ Samuel Harvey Puckett was born 16 Apr 1846 in Wythe Co Va to Samuel Puckett and Elizabeth Gilpin Puckett. Survivors were wife Mary Serilda Hager Puckett; sons James William, Henry Terry, and George; and daughters Mary E, Eva Pearl Hunnell, and Allie Lee Coe. Also survived by half-brother Ballard Preston Puckett and half-sister Caroline Puckett. Predeceased by siblings Banister, Alexander, James D, Elizabeth, Cynthia Ann Puckett, Malinda J Crutchfield, Nancy, Lucy P, and Elmira. |
