	William W. Gillespie, aged 71, of Starkey, Va. died in a Roanoke hospital Monday. Deceased was a retired Norfolk and Western engineer on the Pocahontas division. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Morgan's chapel in Pulaski County. Mr. Gillespie was a native of Tazewell Co., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Reese Bowen Gillespie. He is survived by his wife, on daughter and three sons, Billy Gillespie, of Akron Ohio; Beverly Gillespie and Wilkie Gillespie, Starkey, Va.; also two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Ida Stone, of New River, Va.; Mrs. John Miller, of Pulaski, Va.; A.J. Gillepie, of Salisburg, N.C.
